Update 2 on false positive issue

I sent my file to Microsoft to check because literally there is no other option. I was doing fine until the scan kept saying in progress for a long time… I went into a chat with Microsoft support and spoke with them and they started mentioning something about getting my game signed as a trusted exe? Which obviously costs like $100 - $300???

Also Microsoft support “expert” did not understand me when I said I needed the false positive to be gone so other people could actually download the game so he kept telling me how to ignore the warning for myself but not how to remove the false positive.

Its funny they are the ONLY ones saying there’s a virus in my game. Every other scanner on VirusTotal has said the ZIP is clean EXCEPT Microsoft. I made my game on 2 separate computers and used Mega.nz to download them via google chrome. Amazingly the ZIP is inconsistently being flagged as a virus.

Worst is I can’t upload the game anymore now. I used butler to upload it to itch which was how I got the first 3 patches up. Now butler is also saying theres a virus on the game and preventing download??

This is honestly the most annoying situation I’ve been in. Clearly there is no actual virus because Butler itself would have flagged the first 3 patches I made. But regardless, I have no idea what to do except pray Microsoft is actually looking at that file I posted…
